LiaVerse is a private space for capturing thoughts and moments. Over time, AI helps you notice connections, develop threads and chapters, and make more meaning from what you have written.

LiaVerse is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, or a crisis service, and the AI is not a clinician. It may offer you a helpline; it is not equipped to provide emergency help. If you are in danger, please contact a real person or your local emergency number. findahelpline.com lists free, confidential lines in many countries. In the United States you can call or text 988.

You must be at least 18. LiaVerse is for adults. Keeping your sign-in secure is yours to do. Local law may impose additional age or consent requirements.

Your moments belong to you, and so do the threads and chapters created from them. You keep ownership of your content. You give LiaVerse only a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service, including the AI features you ask for. We do not receive a licence to sell, publish, advertise with, or otherwise reuse your content for our own purposes. This permission ends when the content is deleted, subject to the limited retention described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Do not use LiaVerse to plan harm to another person, and do not use it to store material that is illegal to possess. Do not try to reach anyone else's account or content, take the service apart, interfere with its security, or overload it.

The mood, observations, echoes and threads are generated by an AI reading your words. It will sometimes misread, misjudge, or connect two things that have nothing to do with each other. Nothing it produces should be taken as fact about you.

Chapters are different: they are built from your own words. LiaVerse may change the tense or order of a sentence so it reads as a book, but it is designed not to add events, people, feelings or meaning you did not describe, and any connecting line it proposes is marked in the margin for you to accept or reject. Even so, a chapter arranges what you said, may put two things closer together than you meant, and can make mistakes. Read each chapter before you keep it, and read it as your words, arranged, not as a record.

You may use LiaVerse without adding an email. Your content is stored by LiaVerse like any other account, but access to the anonymous account depends on the credential held by this device. If that credential is lost or you sign out, we may be unable to recover the account or its content, and LiaVerse will say so before you sign out. Adding an email makes the account recoverable.

LiaVerse has a free plan and paid plans, bought through your Apple account. Apple takes the payment, handles refunds under its policies, and holds your card details; we never see them. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple account settings. Apple may charge for a renewal within the 24 hours before the renewal date. If you cancel, your paid plan continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Where a plan includes a trial, its terms are shown before you buy.

Prices may change. Where a change affects a subscription you already have, notice is provided as required through the App Store before the new price applies.

Plans may limit how much AI processing is included, such as how many moments LiaVerse reads or how many chapters or other AI actions are available, and how many Gift Books you can have open at once. The free plan's allowances are once per account and do not renew. Each paid plan also has a monthly writing allowance; if a chapter would go beyond it, the chapter is not started, nothing is taken from your plan, and chapters can be written again from the first of the next month. Every chapter you already have stays as it is. The allowances for each plan are shown before you buy and in Settings. LiaVerse never limits how much you can write. A moment written past the reading allowance is still saved. Depending on your plan, it can be read when the allowance renews or when you upgrade to a plan with available AI reading.

If you move to a plan that allows fewer Gift Books than you already have open, nothing is taken away. Every book you have stays where it is and stays editable. What changes is that you cannot start a new one, or reopen one you archived, until the number you have open falls back under the new plan's limit, which you can do by finishing or archiving a book you no longer need.

LiaVerse is offered as it is. We cannot promise it will always be available, and a failure of the AI service means a moment saves without its reading rather than not saving at all. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the total liability of EchoPulse LLC for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. EchoPulse LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them, and they do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

You can take your content with you and delete your account, both from Settings, at any time, without asking us. Deleting your LiaVerse account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in your Apple account settings, or Apple will keep charging you. We may close an account that breaks these terms or when reasonably needed to protect the service or other users, and will say why unless the law stops us. If LiaVerse ever shuts down, we will give you advance notice where reasonably possible so you can export your content first.

EchoPulse LLC may transfer these terms to an affiliate, successor, or another company that takes over LiaVerse or substantially all of the part of the business that operates it. Any successor remains responsible for these terms and applicable law. Where law requires notice or consent for a transfer, we will provide it.

If you download LiaVerse through Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licence for the app unless a different licence is presented in the App Store. These Terms of Use govern the LiaVerse service and your relationship with EchoPulse LLC.

These terms are between you and EchoPulse LLC, and are governed by the law of New Jersey, USA, where EchoPulse LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes belong to its courts unless mandatory consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere or provides protections that cannot be waived.

If these terms change materially, we will tell you in the app or by another reasonable method before the change takes effect when applicable law requires advance notice. Your continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, except where applicable law requires another form of acceptance.
